A beautiful park of centuries-old olive trees, fruit trees, and vineyards allow you to walk in the green far from the smog and chaos of the city.

Within the Castelmontioni estate, next to the main villa, there are two newly constructed apartments about 50 square meters, equipped with comfort and enhanced by an enviable lake view.
Each apartment has a kitchen with adjoining dining room, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and bedroom with wardrobe.
The apartments are equipped with adjustable air conditioning and satellite TV.
Family rooms and non-smoking rooms are available.
The apartment has a balcony or terrace facing the enchanting view of Lake Garda, you can see Punta San Vigilio, the Rocca di Garda, and in the distance the Brescian coast of the lake with Sirmione, the Manerba fortress, and the Solferino lighthouse

The Castelmontioni estate is also the ideal place for those who love to be masters of their own time and enjoy a holiday immersed in nature, free to move around, thanks to the agricamper service provided.
In fact, inside our estate of century-old olive trees, vineyards, and fruit trees, you can find all the space to "camp" in privacy and use only the "parking lot" at no cost. “piazzola di sosta” senza costi.
The service does not include connection to the power supply and drain.
